Weekly health and fitness sessions on Zoom tailored for older people.

Our weekly exercise sessions for older people, delivered by trained professionals, will keep you active from the comfort of your own home. Our sessions range from gentle exercise, tai chi and chair yoga to dance and meditation.

Each 60-minute session includes around 45 minutes of gentle exercise, plus time to get to know one another in a friendly, sociable setting.

Our weekly sessions run for 8 weeks at a time and are currently available to older people living in Wales, Birmingham and West Yorkshire, and Bristol and the South West.

Online chair yoga with Bryony

  • When: weekly on Wednesdays at 11am
  • Where: on Zoom

Work within your own ability in a gentle and supportive way. Stay on for a chat afterwards with other local people from the group.

Online chair yoga with Ellie

  • When: weekly on Tuesdays at 2pm
  • Where: on Zoom

Work within your own ability in this mindful and restorative yoga session. Stay on for a chat afterwards with others from the group.

Online seated pilates with Linda

  • When: weekly on Thursdays at 2pm
  • Where: on Zoom

Take part in pilates while remaining seated on a chair, with optional standing exercises included to develop leg strength and improve balance. Stay on for a chat afterwards with others from the group.
